Our team understands the importance of a critical path, planning and maintaining schedules. Our staff is in communication daily regarding the critical path of each project. One of the greatest frustrations that homeowners feel is a “lack of communication."
That is why DDI of Hickory provides its homeowners weekly updates and reports. This allows our clients to see consistent progress tracking, work that is anticipated in the following weeks, milestones and completion dates. These reports are also for the home owner to cost track their projects. “The last thing I want as a builder is to surprise any of our clients with unexpected cost.” DDI of Hickory prides itself on transparency. We have found that communication is the key, from the moment we receive the first phone call, work through pre-design, move dirt, and all the way through to move-in day.
